If a figure on this site disagrees with an authoritative source, that is a real problem and it gets fixed. Please include the page, the value you entered, the result you got, and the figure you believe is correct. A link to your source helps most of all.

A quick note on what to expect: this site has no accounts, stores nothing you type into a converter, and doesn't sell or share personal information. In most cases the accurate answer to an access request will be that nothing is held, and we will say so rather than sending you a form. The privacy policy sets out what does exist, which is two preference values stored in your own browser and nothing sent anywhere. The terms of service carries the accuracy disclaimer.

This site is run by one person alongside other work, so replies aren't immediate. Conversion error reports are read first, then privacy and data requests, then everything else. Data requests are answered within one month, which is the period the GDPR allows.
